TAX TREATMENT DONATIONS

TéathronMusikè which is the Association responsible for the Pan Opera Festival, is registered as an Associazione di Promozione Social  (APS), a non profit organization. A receipt will be sent with the necessary details to be included with your tax return if your country is one of the many which enable you to claim for donations to approved charities / non-profit associations.

For those who submit a 'denuncia di reddito' in Italy, your donation is deductible under articolo 83, comma 5 of the decreto legislativo n. 117 of 3/7/2017 as the association Teathronmusike APS is entered in the regional register of APS. Such a donation is a FREE GIFT and must be traceable (made by bankers draft, credit card or PayPal).
